Organic white flour (gluten), Organic semolina flour (gluten), Organic wholemeal flour (gluten), water, dark chocolate (Organic cocoa mass, Organic cane sugar & Organic cocoa butter), organic cocoa powder, sugar, salt.
My bread is made with a Dark Rye sourdough starter (flour and water) and dusted with rice flour.
